All Serbian houses in villages of Vrnjica and Bukos are burnt

Two more Serbian villages in Kosovo and Metohija burned

Vucitrn, August 29 (Tanjug) - Albanian terrorists totally demolished and burned all Serbian houses in villages of Vrnjica and Bukos in the municipality of Vucitrn.

There were 40 Serbian families living in Gornja Vrnjica and Donja Vrnjica, and 34 in Bukos.

Graveyards are totally destroyed in these villages, said today eyewitnesses who visited these Serbian villages in the municipality of Vucitrn.

They have photographs of demolished Serbian houses and graveyard in Bukos.

A resident of the village of Vrnjica, Krsman Manojlovic (46) says no one can see where the houses were if he watches from the train which passes near the village.

As Manojlovic said, a church of Holly salvation was burnt to the ground. The Serbian Patriarch Pavle avenged the church eight years ago.

According to him, residents of these villages asked KFOR in Kosovska Mitrovica several times to visit destroyed houses, but they told them there are no conditions for that, because there are lot of armed Albanian terrorists in villages in the foot of mountain of Cicavica and that it's not safe for KFOR representatives to go there.

In the municipality of Vucitrn, from 39 villages where the Serbs lived till three months ago, only five villages are populated - Priluzje, Gojbulji, Miroc, Banjska and Slatina.

1.620 Serbian families have been expelled from that municipality. The biggest number of Serbs from Vucitrn reside now temporarily in Zvecane, Kosovska Mitrovica, Leposavic and other towns of Serbia.
